For one price:

Your classes are unlimited. We do not add any extra fees for other classes such as the weapons class, kick boxing class, cardio kick boxing etc.

Mixed/Family Class

The Mixed/Family class is designed for Parents and Kids to be able to learn at the same time. This helps with not having to bring your kids at one time and then having to leave the kids with a babysitter and go to Adult class by yourself.

We try to arrange it so that adults are working out with adults and children are working out with children. Anyone can come to the Mixed class, you do not need to have children to workout in the Mixed class, kids also can come to Mixed class if their parents are not enrolled in class.
